BLACK HOUSE
Black House is an ongoing project for a wooden cabin in an Azorean orchard. The guest house unit will overlook a big walnut tree and it’s surrounded by high hedgerow and basalt stone walls. The black wood facades will create a contrast with the vibrant green surrounding as well as camouflage the surface when in relation with the traditional lava stone walls. The interiors, in light wood resembling the walnut colour, are simple and essential, letting the south garden views fill the space.
